The office lunch often consists of a few quick bites gulped down at the desk or a greasy drive-through interruption of a busy workday. The over-salted deli meat on soggy, mayo-soaked bread brought from home or the gut-busting, fast-food burger and fries are more of an unhealthy necessity than a treat. And the 2 p.m. snack of overprocessed chocolate or stale bag of chips isn't much of a pick-me-up, either -- and certainly not good for you.
